Job Context

ROLE CONTEXT (VERY IMPORTANT)

This is NOT a hotel room operations role.

This COO will run the entire business of Goldsands Hotel & Resorts, including:

• Growth & revenue
• Fractional investment sales operations
• Relationship organization
• Marketing execution
• Collections & cash flow
• Client experience & retention
• Team performance & discipline
• Reporting, targets, and results

 

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO for Hotel & Resorts Sales )

Reports to: Board Of Management

Location: Gulshan 1 Dhaka

Salary Range (Monthly): 400000-60000BDT+Car Free  

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Full ownership of growth, revenue, and targets
• Run and scale the fractional hospitality investment model
• Build, lead, and upgrade leadership across all functions
• Enforce discipline, systems, and accountability
• Align sales, marketing, finance, and client experience
• Remove dependency-driven execution
• Deliver predictable performance quarter after quarter
• You will be trusted with authority. You will be measured by outcomes.

Education

• Graduation in any discipline /BBA/MBA in Marketing or any discipline or relevant Field

 Experience

• 15-25 years of leadership experience
• Proven record of running large revenue-driven organizations
• Deep experience in real estate, investment products, or large sales-led businesses
• Strong people leadership and system-building capability Comfortable leading through resistance and transition Emotionally strong, politically neutral, execution-focused
