ROLE CONTEXT

This role carries complete responsibility for One City Developer.

You will own:

• Business growth & revenue
• Land development execution • Approvals & compliance
• Sales performance
• Collections & cash flow
• Team leadership
• Delivery commitments

 

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO for Land Sales for ONE CITY DEVELOPERS LTD)

Reports to: Board of Management

Location: Gulshan 1 Dhaka

Salary Range (Monthly): 400000-60000BDT+Car Free  

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Full P&L ownership of the land business
• Drive sales, development, and delivery in parallel
• Build disciplined execution systems
• Coordinate engineering, legal, sales and finance
• Ensure approval timelines and development readiness
• Upgrade leadership capability across the vertical
• Deliver growth without chaos
• Strong authority with founder-level back in

Education

• Graduation in any discipline /BBA/MBA in Marketing or any discipline or relevant Field

• 15-25 years in land development, real estate, or large-scale projects
• Strong commercial and execution leadership
• Proven ability to run complex operations
• Comfortable taking full accountability Calm, structured, outcome-driven leader
