So we need a Executive Human Recourses for lead or factory and now we are hiring Area Sales Manager (ASM) – TV & Fridge Division

 

Jobs responsibilities

Rancon Electronics Limited, a proud player in the electronics industry and the exclusive licensee

in Bangladesh, is expanding its team to take our Television Division to new heights.

We are looking for passionate, target-driven professionals to join us as Area Sales Manager (ASM) – TV & Fridge Division

• Lead and manage a team of TSOs across multiple territories.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Drive both primary and secondary sales growth.
• Expand distribution network and strengthen market presence.
• Analyze sales reports, forecast demand, and optimize resource planning.

Educational Requirement  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.

 Experience requirement

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in TVs Fridge or consumer electronics

Additional Requirement  

• Strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

 

Job location 

•  Any Where in Bangladesh  

Salary 

• BDT 40-50 (per month).
