So Macaw Communication is hiring Assistant Manager Client Services (Advertisement Agency

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Power Point and Microsoft Excel and MS Word
• Familiarity with advertisement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in Customer Services Demand
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Customer Behavior Attitude and experctation

Education

• BBA MBA in Marketing or Graduation from any disciple or a related field.

 

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer services  roles, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
