We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and hiring to Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager –Production Planning

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have an excellent Production Management capability
• Responsible for effective Production planning
• Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation
• Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meetings with merchandising & marketing for order planning
• Building relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation
• Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
• Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules
• Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation
• Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on-time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower
• Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target
• Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances
• Work with merchandising team to QC file as per production lead time and monitor trims-accessories and fabrics in-house status.
• Closely monitoring all pre-production activities (Size set cutting, PP meeting, Pilot Run) and priority-based work progressing.
• Chase the finishing team for on-time final arrangement and ship the goods.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a PPC  IPE  related field

 Experience

• 4-6 Yrs Experienced in Production Planning in woven garments

 

Additional Requirement Skills:

• Minimum 4-6 Years’ experience in similar position.
• Strong knowledge of knit garments production process (knitting, dyeing, sewing, finishing).
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving ability.
• Leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, ERP/Planning software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
