Position Title: Assistant Manager – Research & Development Engineer
Department: Research & Development (Refrigerator Division)
Jobs responsibilities
- Lead and execute product design and development activities for refrigerator products.
- Conduct research on new technologies, materials, and design improvements to enhance product performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Supply Chain, and Marketing) to bring new designs from concept to market.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide engineering solutions for product and process issues.
- Manage prototype development, testing, and validation of new models.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, technical drawings, and reports.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety and quality standards.

Educational Requirement
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering (from a reputed university).
Experience requirement
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in R&D or product design (preferably in Refrigerator or Home Appliance industry).
Additional Requirement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD).
- Hands-on experience with prototype testing and validation.
- Excellent communication and team management skills
