Job Context

Citymead Real-estate and Development Ltd. is one of the most prominent and faster growing Housing and It has a big operation in sales department to run its real estate housing activities ad for this reasons it is going t hire a Sr Executive Sales & Marketing (Land Sales)

 

Department: Sales & Marketing

Gender: Male & female

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual sales targets as set by the company.
• Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure positive client relationships and convert leads into sales.
• Regular Project Visit, Outdoor Visit to the Targeted Customer Sales Closing effectively under Pressure.
• Prepare detailed sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain and regularly update the client database with accurate information regarding potential buyers, the sales pipeline, and client interactions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the sales process.
• Assist in planning and organizing sales-related events and promotional activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.

Education:

• Graduation in Sales & Marketing/Administration/Accounting/BBA MBA in General Education Like Bangla Math or Statistics or Any General Discipline  .

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years in  Land Sales  

Additional Requirement:

• Both male and female  are allowed to apply
• Computer Literacy is a must.
• Typing skill in both Bengali and English.
