So we need employees for lead or company and now we are hiring Assistant Manager – Trade Marketing (Rancon Electronics Division)

Position Title: Assistant Manager – Trade Marketing
Department: Rancon Electronics Division



 

Job Purpose:

 

To plan and execute trade marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, drive sales growth, and strengthen relationships with dealers and distributors by ensuring effective in-store promotions, merchandising, and campaign implementation across all sales channels.

 

Job responsibility:

 

• Plan & execute trade promotions (dealer schemes, POSM, display contests)
• Coordinate in-store branding (TV wall, lightbox, dangler, demo zone)
• Work closely with Sales & Distribution teams for market execution
• Manage dealer incentive programs and monitor ROI
• Ensure brand guideline compliance at the retail level
• Support new product launches with trade activation
• Collect market intelligence (pricing, competitor activity, visibility)
• Prepare monthly trade marketing reports

Educational Requirement  

• BBA and MBA in Marketing (CGPA – Minimum 3.00)

 Experience requirement

• 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Channel Marketing
• Experience in the Electronics Industry preferred
• Strong coordination & field execution skills
• Understanding of dealer psychology & modern trade
• Good Excel, PowerPoint & Reporting skills

Job location 

• Dhaka

Salary 

• BDT 45,000 -50000 (per month). and Medical Insurance Provident Fund Gratuity and TA DA
