Job Context

CDC Concrete Ltd. is looking for Dedicated, dynamic, energetic, hardworking & self-motivated Individuals for its Sales & Marketing team. The incumbents must have proactive attitude to add value to the organization through Sales & Marketing.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time for Corporate and Local Sales
• Must be target oriented, able to work as a team leader.
• Make sales plan to achieve the target.
• To find out the performance gap of non-achiever and guide them to achieve the next target.
• Do monthly reporting of target and receivable recovery to management.
• Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
• Build a strong relationship with the customer.
• Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
• Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
• Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
• Sales revenue by ensuring profitability through price increase.
• Maintain appropriate customer engagement proactively to delegate Win-Win situation for both stakes
• To create a strong data base and able to handle it indecently.
• Any other task assigned by the management

Education

• MA/BBA/MBA/Masters in Marketing from any reputed university
• BSc in civil engineering with relevant experience may get preference.
• Relevant Candidate can apply without any discipline but minimum graduation is required.

 

Experience

• 3 to 6 years in Sales (RMC Sector will get preference)

• Age 30 to 40 years

• The applicants should have experience in the direct sales & marketing of RMC and business operation in a multinational or reputed organization.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good technical knowledge in the field of RMC.
• Plan and improve sales strategies in related field
• Work hard to meet the sales target
• Create new market and develop business
• Good skill to collect and analyze market data
• Report to authority about over all business progress

Salary

• 40K to 60K (Attractive salary package will be offered for suitable candidate)
