Job Context

Seize Air BD is a reputed air compressor distributor in Bangladesh and it is most popular air compressor in the market and for its operation it is going to hire a Customer Service Female to handle a team.

DEpartment: Sales and Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Makes a strong Follo up customer needs
• Sales Monitoring with every company at the end of the week.
• Sales target fill up of every Month is not mandatory but call or inform the services to company is mandatory.
• Competitor Product knowledge you have to and make a compare with our products.
• Making PI with products accessories and arrange the instruction to your team members.
• Email communication you have to follow.
• Makes a sales report monthly according to factories visits.
• You have to be smart with marketing analyze on how many air compressor are essential for every month.
• Give instruction to your team members.
• Daily report about your teams you have to show it finding the problems of your team members.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduation from any discipline

Experience Requirement:

• At least 1 years in Sales or Front Desk or CRM  

Additional Requirement:

• Only Females are allowed to apply
• Computer Literacy is a must.
• Typing skill in both Bengali and English.
