We seek competent professionals for a Leading a Garments company as Deputy Manager - Industrial Engineering

Jobs Responsibilities

• Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
• Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
• Find out bottle neck route-cause analysis, prepare cause and effect diagram.
• Prepare project for reducing cost and increase Efficiency.
• Identify wastage and eliminate on regular basis.
• Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
• Study/analyze the system gap and lead event to continuous improvement.
• Lead and help production department to achieve target.
• Provide cost effective production system to the floor.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
• Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
• (as will instruct by the management).

Experience : Working Experienced must be IE  for 4-5 Years
