We seek competent professionals for a Leading Ad Firm as Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its clients.
• Formulate a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.

Execution & Management:

• Manage and oversee all social media platforms and content creation.
• Oversee the company's website, ensuring its effectiveness and user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources to different projects.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing and other forms of experimentation to improve performance.
• Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency and ROI.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

 

Experience

• 2-3 Years Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ad agency setting.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

Skills:

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs).
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
