Jobs responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows Server Checking
• LAN WAN TCP IP L2 L3Connectivity Tunneling Switch Routers Firewall WIFI Ticketing Band With Shaping computer OS Security Measures ( Antivirus Firewall active directory)
• Hardware, Software, Networking
• Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
• Maintain & troubleshoot Windows server, AD, email services
• Liaison with user to ensure that requests or problem reports have been satisfactorily handled
• Monitoring resource utilization and performance of infrastructure components and ensuring
• Troubleshooting of security rules on firewall system (Fortinet/Cisco)
• Screen the IT Ticketing Application in time with accuracy as per SLA
• Checking for LAN and WAN maintenance by ISP

Educational Requirement  

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• CCNA MicroTIK Cisco Certified

 Experience requirement

• At least 08 -10 years of experience as a CCNA and Experience in ISP/ICT service/MNC/ Group of companies is preferred

 

Additional Requirement  

• Age 23 to 33 years
• Basic knowledge in Active Directory System, Server, email service etc.
• Knowledge on LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, L2 & L3 Connectivity, VPN, Tunneling, and Internet connectivity products
• Good interpersonal-communication skill to deal with people at all levels
• Computer literacy in MS-Office (Word, excel, PPT, Visio)
• Tier 1 Tier 2 Networking
• Cisco Jupiter eBGP/iBGP  Static Routing NAT CGNAT VTP STP VLANS CDN Services

 

Job location 

•   Dhaka

Salary 

• 120000-150000 BDT
