Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Sr. Manager – MD Supporting and Administration
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Implementation & Management
- Lead or support the planning, execution, and post-go-live phases of SAP implementation across relevant business functions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful module configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.
- Monitor system performance and resolve SAP-related technical issues.
Website & Digital Presence
- Maintain and update the company’s official website/home page, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and performance.
- Work with internal teams or vendors to implement design or feature changes.
- Monitor website analytics, uptime, and security.
IT Infrastructure & Support
- Manage day-to-day IT operations including network, servers, hardware, software, and user support at the corporate office.
- Implement and monitor cyber security measures and backup systems.
- Ensure all IT systems comply with company standards and industry best practices.
Vendor & Project Management
- Liaise with external service providers for software licensing, hardware procurement, and service contracts.
- Oversee IT projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business goals are met.
Team Leadership & Training
- Guide and support junior IT staff or helpdesk teams, where applicable.
- Conduct training for end-users on IT systems and applications, including SAP and internal tools.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in IT roles, including hands-on experience with SAP implementation
Additional Requirement Skills:
- Working knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press, Joomla) and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, hosting).
- Experience managing IT infrastructure and support operations in a corporate environment.
- Fluent in English will be added advantage.
- Experience with international brands or MNCs is a strong advantage.
