Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage technical projects efficiently, effectively, and organizationally at a higher level. They will be the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and timelines, including scope, budget, deliverables, and resources needed for successful project completion.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and mentor project teams, including technical personnel, to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track progress and milestones.
- Monitor and report project performance, identifying and addressing scope-related issues or changes.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with project management software and tools such as ClickUp and Jira.
- Ability to evaluate and set weights for frontend and backend tasks.
- Strong authoritative presence to keep projects on track.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management best practices.
- Past experience as a QA developer is a plus.
- Comfortable working during EST and CST office hours to coordinate with clients.
- Strong command of the English language is a MUST.
- Candidates with an IELTS score of 7.5–8.0 will be given preference.
Experience Requirement:
3–4+ years of experience required.
