Job Context

Flash IT Ltd is looking for Dedicated, dynamic, energetic, hardworking & self-motivated Individuals for its Sales & Marketing team. The incumbents must have proactive attitude to add value to the organization through Sales & Marketing as Female Student Counseling - Telesales Officer .

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide the customer about company services information
• Must be target oriented, able to work as a team leader.
• Make sales plan about Services.
• Do monthly reporting of target and receivable recovery to management.
• Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
• Build a strong relationship with the customer.
• Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
• Talks with different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
• Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
• Sales revenue by ensuring profitability through new customers
• To create a strong data base and able to handle it indecently.
• Any other task assigned by the management

Education

• HSC Diploma And Degree Passed
• Graduated and Post Graduated will get prefer

Experience

• 1-2 years in telesales in Student councilor or Fresher can apply but eager to learn
• Previous experienced must have in IT farm as Student councilor and experienced in Software sales

Additional Requirement

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Female Can Apply
• The applicants should have experience in the direct sales & marketing of IT Farm and business operation in reputed organization.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good technical knowledge in the field of CRM
• Plan and improve sales strategies in related field
• Create new market and develop business
• Good skill to collect and analyze market data
• Report to authority about over all business progress
• Expert on Phone Speaking with cordial freedom mind setting
• Provide the service information to our clients
• Having the cooperative mentality on any problems solutions by his own responsibilities
• Take Care on office environment and work environment
• Must be present at office
• Should a good personality and excellent presentation
• Should be expert on computer operator
