On Behalf, seeking competent professionals for a leading RMG industry as Sr. Manager / AGM - Finance & Accounts (RMG)

Job Title: Manager - Finance & Accounts (RMG)

Location: Dhaka

Salary Range (Monthly): BDT 60,000-80,000/-

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts & Finance department across all concerns of the group.
• Provide accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and coordinates with internal/external auditors during audits.
• Lead cash flow management, fund allocation, and banking activities to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Monitor and control all financial transactions, cost accounting, and inventory accounting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the group’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Ensure proper tax planning, timely filing of returns, and compliance with VAT, Tax (TDS), Customs, and other statutory regulations as per NBR rules.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders for financing, investment, and treasury management.
• Coordinate with other departments to prepare forecasts, perform financial analysis, and support decision-making processes.
• Evaluate and improve internal control systems and recommend best practices for financial risk management.
• Monitor financial KPIs, ensure cost efficiency, and support senior management with strategic financial insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team for enhanced productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS), Company Act, and relevant legal frameworks.
