Job Context

Maxim Study World, a leading educational consultancy firm, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Senior Counselor.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and counseling to students seeking to study abroad.
• Evaluate client profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and visa strategies.
• Assist clients in preparing documentation, applications, and IELTS guidance if required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to support promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with immigration regulations, scholarship opportunities, and education trends.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed.

Education

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant fields (Educational qualifications are flexible depending on relevant experience).

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in counseling or educational consultancy.
• Previous experience in immigration and education consultancy services is highly preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Strong knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, and admission procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, provides personalized guidance, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital marketing/social media awareness.
• Creative, professional, and client-focused approach.
